Good for you, taking real responsibility for your actions. You know

you can't hide from the pounds, so there is no point to avoiding

your meeting. Don't wait, go back tomorrow! You have to stop the

snowball effect, and getting to your meeting will help you start

feeling in control again. Action, action, action! No avoidance!

You have come so far! Maybe you need to visualize yourself walking

away from who you used to be, toward this bright, fantastic triumph!

Also, , since you are in a bit of a precarious state right now,

I would love to see you posting regularly for at least the next

week. Use us to feel accountable to someone. Keep your mind

focused on your WW. Face your challenges here.

I hope I came across as your cheerleader, not your drill sergeant.

I am truly rooting for you. I've been down that path, and I know

how disheartening it can be.

You've got friends here!

Get back to your meetings *today*, if possible! I know exactly how you feel.

Just a few weeks ago I had missed 2 weeks also and had gained 2 lbs. back. What

was even scarier was that I felt like I had already lost the motivation in just

2 short weeks.

I didn't *want* to go back to a meeting, but then I didn't want to fail when I

was doing so good.

So I went back to the meeting and in my first week back I lost 6.4 lbs. and I am

back on track and motivated! I look forward to going to my meeting in the

morning and see how well I have done this week.

Dust yourself off and get up and GO again!

Blessings to you!

Thanks, Crystal - that was just what I needed. I've been at this a

long time and every once in awhile I just go beserk. I'll post

everyday next week and let you know how I am doing. My biggest thing

is I have to plan my meals ahead. If I see it written, that is

exactly what I eat. If I'm eating unplanned, I end up in a mess.

I've planned it all out for next week so I'll go to the store and get

the stuff after my 8:30 am meeting tomorrow.
