Hi Pat,

I was wondering if you could tell me where to find the fast track

program on Dotties site. I spent some time looking and even did a

search of her site and didn't find it. I am not at a plateau yet,

but wanted to have a look so that I would have it when I do. And of

course I know I am going to eventually, as everyone does.

TIA!!!

gaining, doing all the right things, for a month. I was so frustrated

I wanted to really give up, and throw everything out the door, but I

had come too far, by then. I didn't give up, and have lost 15 pounds

since then. I believe I have lost another pound this week. Will know

tomorrow.

big time, was try the W.W. Fast Track eating plan that you can now

get online, if you don't already have it, at Dottis weight loss

zone at www.dottisweightlosszone.com She has lots of helpful hints

and recipes, and this helped me a lot. I only went on it for the

recommended 2 weeks. I had plenty to eat, and I lost the very first

week at weigh in. Apparently this was offered (the Fast Track Plan)

the first of this year sometime in January. I wasn't a member then. I

also, upped my activity level, and I am sure that helped also, as I

was trying to get my first Bronze Medal in the President's Champions.

I won it, and today, I just won my Silver Medal, and am so happy I

could sing for hours. Wonder if that would help me lose more in my

weigh in tomorrow? lol. Good luck, maripat2. Pat from K.C.
