Hey hon,

How are you feeling? Tomorrow is the big day right? Mike and I have

been saying prayers for you and that everything comes out great for

you. How was your weekend? Mine was wonderful, we went to court

Friday but the only downfall is because Mike's surgeon said that

technically Mike should be considered 40% permanant disabled from the

accident our lawyer saw $$ and refused the 25% placement that he was

orginally fighting for. The judge did seem quite interested in how

our dr got the 40% and our dr had all the documentation there to show

all - so now we have to wait till Aug so that the workers comp dr who

saw Mike and only placed him at 15% has to testify then the judge

will have to make a decision then. Our lawyer said probably wont be

till Oct till we see any $$ - That doesn't do us any good now because

we need a roof before the fall and winter decide to roll in with its

vengence..... I so hate the court systems. After court we went to Red

Lobster and had a nice dinner. We then went diamond shopping and I

got my way and just got an anniversary ring instead of a brand new

set so it was nice to save money too. Sat. we just relaxed, watched

movies and relaxed more. BTW he made me a beautiful breakfast Sat

morning so that was nice. We relaxed again Sunday till it was time

for him to head out for Columbus OH. He had to be there to unload

this morning at 6.

Well wanted to let you know we were thinking about you and give you a

quick update on us...
