" She said " no, just 344 " . So I looked it up and found this: http://thyroid.about.com/cs/testsforthyroid/a/freet3.htm It looks like the variation in numbers has to do with whether the lab measure fT3 in pg/dL (a number in the hundreds) or pg/mL (a number with a decimal point). If that's the case, then my fT3 result of 344 would be in pg/dL or 3.44 pg/mL(?)
