Guest guest Posted April 29, 2004 Report Share Posted April 29, 2004 Hi gang. I know that it has been a very long time since i took part in the list, but I wanted to pass on my good news to everyone. After 4 LONG years of fighting, My Disability case was APPROVED last week. WE WON!!! It's finally Over, I cant believe it. What a wonderful feeling! I had a hearing scheduled, but the judge made her " on the record " decision the morning of, so it was cancelled. Finally I feel validated. and i don't have to worry about my college student loans anymore.(they have a total loan forgiveness program) SUCH a HUGE weight has been lifted. And among other things, I can finally get a nanny/mother's helper for my 3 year old. Yes, she is really 3 already. time flies, eh? And since it has been 4 years, when i finally do get paid, i will be able to make a downpayment on a house, and pay off some of the other bills that have been dragging me down.
