It's me again and it looks like we are moving (drum roll

please.........................) to the Boston area. Either in the city or

suburbs. MY husbands

job came down to the Seattle job which we would have loved living but it was a

contract job. The other job is for a huge company where he would as part of a

group of Top Gun computer consulters and would fly around the world where ever

needed to solve computer systems problems. I think he should feel honored

because his self esteem has been way down the last few years and I think this is

a compliment. Anyway, since I will be in and around Boston......I am dealing

with EDS< Fibro and the biggie a non-union of a fused subtalar joint with

possible osteomyelitis (I Had mycobacterium fortuitum infection there 14 years

ago

and they think it may have returned.)

0h, I have been to three university hospitals and got 3 different stories on

my ankle. I figure since I'm headed for Boston has anyone had any experiences

with any of the Boston hospital or orthos (especially foot and ankle

specialists) Please please pleasae share your stories with me. I am so afraid I

may

lose my leg and the thing that bothers me is the pain keeps increasing and no

one

is taking this seriously except the original infectious disease doctor who is

now out of the picture. What ever this ends up to be I know it's going to be

a long road so I want to be at a comfortable place with nice people, Thanks

for any leeds because I am in such pain that even on morphine and 10 mg strength

percocet my leg throbs up to my groin.

Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can give me.
