Guest guest Posted March 31, 2004 Report Share Posted March 31, 2004 hi lana and valerie thanks so much for being in touch doc's put me in a soft neck collar for 2 weeks only, and more meds; had mri done 1998, no firm results as i wasnt in it long enough..long story. chiro back in 1990 before eds diagnosed, doc says they dont do surgery on necks any more due to risk,.. i could have trapped nerves,muscles,ten dons,vertabrae etc, showed me model of neck, he said could take 2 weeks, 6 weeks or never, to improve......... so am on two 'tiring' meds; for the next few months. our mri is claustrophic, they close you up, paul has said that if hed been allowed in,back in 98 then he could have reassured me ...my rock, i've just continually been crying with pain and frustration. i'm a witness at our friends wedding in 2 weeks, i'm sure they'll understand, still look good in my suit i hope, she's made me a special corsage. lana-hope your spine specialist was nice. we've seen even more butterflies today, pauls updated the webpage. .. luv Lorraine xx www.astspace.demon.co.uk Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
