Guest guest
, I have always used Dannon yogurt. The good bacteria in the yogurt literally eats the virus in the cold sore. I put it on at that first sign of on. If the sore has already blistered, it helps a little, but if applied right away, it just goes away without even swelling. You must use a yogurt with a high bacteria count like Dannon. (works for yeast infections too) Cindylouwho Re: old fashioned remedies Know about anything for cold sores? Something that's cheap, safe and easy? I pay about $20.00 for my tiny tube of stuff. And, I'm always loosing them, so I buy it a lot! Guest guest
Cool! Ok, I'll try it. I have lots of yogurt all the time. I make smoothies for breakfast almost every morning. I always get the kind with the good bacteria in it. Ta!
