If you start taking your measurements now, they can just act as a base (and

proof that you're losing weight) when you have an unexpected gain at WW. I get

mine taken at Curves and even though I've only lost 13.4 lbs, I've lost almost

20 inches. So, that big measurement number really helps...at least it does for

me.
