Guest guest
Vitamin C and magnesium will definitely give someone loose bowels. Cleaning out is not necessarily a bad thing just as long as he is well hydrated. I had a similar problem with my son at first. He did not tolerate vitamin supplements until about round 50 of chelation, and then he did not tolerate multivitamins, I had to buy them all individually. A lot of vitamin brands (most actually) have additives and fillers that can be allergenic. I take a high quality additive-free multi and and antioxidants from http://www.drrons.com. Ron Schmid is the author of two books on nutrition, an honorary board member of the Weston A. Price Foundation, lecturer and long time naturopathic dr. (He's also my client and my ND.) I've been very pleased with his supplements. Thorne Research also has high quality, additive-free supplements. Usually you can only get them through health professionals, but there are some online sources as well. If anyone wants URLs let me know and I'll dig them up from my bookmarks.
