Hi Donna; Go to Dottis Weight Loss Zone, and click on Message Board...scroll

down to W.W. General...scroll down to the Fast Track Information, and click on

that, print, and you've got it! They also have a W.W. eating guide to help on

that page if you have Adobe Reader. It really works. One may not need the whole

2 weeks to jump start with. One week may be enough. You don't want to mess up

your metabolism. I seemed to do a lot better after I tried this for 2 weeks.
