General...scroll down to the Fast Track Information, and click on that, print, and you've got it! They also have a W.W. eating guide to help on that page if you have Adobe Reader. It really works. One may not need the whole 2 weeks to jump start with. One week may be enough. You don't want to mess up your metabolism. I seemed to do a lot better after I tried this for 2 weeks. Good Luck!
