It's also a good idea to check with your pharmacist about

interactions and to own a good drug interaction book.

----------------

If you don't have one, remember that I have several, including the

following.

Author Title

ADDERLEY COMPLETE GUIDE TO NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS

GRAEDON DANGEROUS DRUG INTERACTIONS

GRIFFITH COMPLETE GUIDE TO PRESCRIPTION & NON PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

GRIFFITH COMPLETE GUIDE TO VITAMINS, MINERALS & SUPPLEMENTS

TATRO DRUG INTERACTION FACTS 2004

PHYSICIANS DESK REFERENCE 2001

DRUG FACTS AND COMPARIONS 1998

THE PILL BOOK

THE PILL BOOK GUIDE TO OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATIONS

I highly recommend any and all of the above. But, if you don't have

them and have questions, do not ever hesitate to send me a post or

off-list email. I would be more than happy to look things up for

any of you and have done so several times already for different

people.
