Guest guest
Curves is great, Deb. I was a member for two years. That should help you work on the exercise portion of your new lifestyle. But you know what you need to work on most, Hun? Your self esteem. You are WAY too down on your wonderful self. I know it's easy to say that and much harder to do it, but seriously. Find a way to love Deb for who she is, for what she stands for, in all of her splendor and glory. Find a way to love her fat, her foibles, and her backslides. Find a way to celebrate the GREAT things she has going for her. You'll find that once you are truly in love with yourself, and I don't mean in a Narcissus/vanity kind of way, but in a nurturing " I value the person I am and the person I am becoming " way, your weight loss will become almost a " given. " You'll be able to say " I am WoRTH all the effort to lose weight. I am WORTH all the effort to exercise. " > my food > > > Hi, > Its Deb. I've been lurking for a while.
