Guest guest
Hey , I also have a couple of cysts on my liver, they found them on a CT scan about 10 years ago and did nothing about them. Please let me know what you find out. Guest guest
I had an MRI of my abdomen which showed some spots that might have been cysts on my liver. When they did an ultrasound to check them, they turned out to be hemangiomas (clusters of blood vessels). Apparently they aren't an uncommon occurence. They don't need to have any sort of treatment (at least in my case, not sure if it is the same for all cases). Any chance this could be what you've got? > > I was wondering if anyone knows anything about cysts or growths on > the liver. > They are repeatedly found when I have other studies made and sometimes the > radiologists get worked up about them and docs don't or I don't even get told > until I find them when I get records. Guest guest
MY sister had some weird lumps and things on her liver that they found when she had her gallbladder removed, they took photographs and biopsies etc to rule out cancer etc. It turned out to be something to do with her Celiac's Disease, all of her other tests came back normal and she had to see a LOT of specialists etc. Sharon > I was wondering if anyone knows anything about cysts or growths on the liver. > They are repeatedly found when I have other studies made and sometimes the > radiologists get worked up about them and docs don't or I don't even get told > until I find them when I get records.
