Hi Athena,

First, welcome to the group! I can't begin to tell you how awesome this

group is, but I'm sure you've begun to figure it out :)

I was checking out the lupus.org site and saw this:

LUPUS IN THE WORK PLACE

Does your employer understand your lupus and the limitations it can pose?

This article on lupus in the workplace will provide tips for doing your best

when the symptoms of lupus get you down, information on creative

accommodations that can really help, and where you can go when you require

legal advice.

It is on their web site for their new lupus magazine. It's here

http://www.lupusnow.org/ I still haven't figured out how to read the

article, it seems like you have to subscribe for a fee. It may be worth it.

I might suggest trying to apply for partial disability, but since your own

doctor says you are able to work a full time job, this may not work.

Good luck, and take care!!
