In light of this wonderful information, as well as what Dr. Pearse (my Dallas

cardio) and Dr. Grubb (Toledo electrophysiologist), as well as the esteemed Dr.

Rowe (s Hopkins) had to say about CST, I now feel confident to at

least give it a try. If those physicians all say that CST (and Dr.

Fryer, in particular, in the Dallas area) has helped some who have Dysautonomia,

and a well qualified massage therapist trained in CST say that it can also help

those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Hypermobility Type (particularly the

generalized muskoskeletal pain which is so hard to manage sometimes) as well,

that is plenty good enough for me. I have to say that I was impressed with Dr.

Fryer's manner, interest, and compassion on a human level during the brief visit

and I had with him. I see Dr. Grubb next week, but plan to schedule

myself and an appt. with Dr. Fryer upon our return. Thanks so much for

this input. Really. I'll bet CST might also help those with fibro and many

other things, too? Being non-invasive, I don't see how it could

hurt....provided the person doing the CST was properly trained.

Love,

Subject: Re: CranioSacral Therapy

Dear Mike,

Dr. Fryer is actually the cardio we were sent to visit with

about doing CST, and he is the one who said that sometimes multiple

sessions are needed. How can I know what level of CST training he

has?

------------------

Well, the easiest way is to ask me.

Here is his listing on the Upledger site.

Fryer M.D., FAAP

Dallas, Texas 75230 USA

Tel: 972 566-6933

Profile: none

CranioSacral Therapy

Classes: ACSTC ADV BAEA BTD01 BTD03 CAAP CSI CSII SERI

SERII TBS

I tried to copy the individual course descriptions but the way it

was set up, it wouldn't let me. He is VERY well qualified in CST.

If you do want to see exactly what each of them covers, go to the

Upledger website at www.upledger.com. Click enter and then " find a

practitioner " in the upper right hand corner. Type in his name and

then just click on the individual course codes.
