You can use my honest, spoken from experience and the hart words if better communication or patient/physician communication/relationship can be increased. LOL- my doctor would get a kick out of it.......... I don't think the dr that said it would get such a kick out of it but hey- he needs to learn....... what if I had ended up in ER that night and I was assigned as his patient eeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkss.......... what a scarey thought.........
