Guest guest
cindylouwho, I think it's better too. Lots easier than trying to match a number to pain...hey give me a picture anytime. Hope Dylan's pain level gets better. It's miserable by the time it hits bitchy. Gabby is bad enough when trying to do things. I swear I'm going to run off a copy of the Wong-Baker pain scale showing the facial expressions...I think it would work to put my pain responses under the matching facial expressions. CindyH Wisc. ~ From: cindy clark Ya know, this pain scale makes much more since. This is exactly the way Dylan responds. Today he is between gabby and bitchy, so I'd guess he's a 7 1/2. Yesterday he was mute/bitchy hmmm.. 8 1/2? Cindylouwho

Those pictures might be fine for acute pain. Seems like the gabby, bitchy, mute are much better for chronic pain sufferers. Now to make the Drs understand.
