Hey Ruth, good luck with your weight regiment. I hope you find something

that works good and fast. If you do please let me know, although I have a

feeling I will be loosing a few pounds in the near future. My pancreas is at

it again, it started last night and if I want not to suffer I better go on a

strict diet.
