Annoying. Depressing. Thpppt. Me too Mark~ It is very discouraging but you are not alone. I used to drive 40,000 miles each year when I was working. I loved it. Much better than staying in an office ... at least for me. But when the EDS kicked in and I could not stand the bumping and turning and all that that comes with a car ride ... well I had to stop. There are lots of us that just cant drive much anymore. My little jaunts to and from hospital day before yesterday with my bunged up Ex- was a marathon for me and today I am totally out of energy. I still have my nightie on, kitchen is a mess, Bobbi-Gray keeps asking to " Bobbi go outside " but I just don't want to and have been watching I love Lucy for about 3 hours the rest of the time dozing on and off while CNN played in the background. Just try to do a very little (for me it is usually only one thing) each time you go out. I try to only go out when I have to every other day so I am not wearing myself out two days in a row and then never EVER more than one MAYBE two chores per day. The narcotics make it difficult to see depth perception anyway so I am not all that comfortable driving but it is the driving ... getting in and out of the car, walking to where you have to go and all that is what poops me out. It is OK to be pooped out... Try not to be too hard on yourself. Hope this helps. Debbi
