Hello all,

I'm a " do-over " . About four years ago I had gotten down to goal weight and

earned my lifetime membership. Life got in my way and I stopped going. As

soon as I did , the weight started to return. I have been telling myself for

the last two years that I would lose the weight and then go back to

meetings, but I just have to lose the weight now. No excuses. It is all

back now and I felt so good when I was at goal weight. I want to be there

again.

I have an exercise regime that is great for me. Of course, I have obviously

chosen my food program. Now what I need is support. I love the yahoo

groups, but something that really helped me last time was the on line chat

room that I could pop into at any time. I see on the WW site it has been

done away with. Does anyone have AIM or chat at other times? I

found the " real time " conversation and support helpful the last time I did

this.

Thanks for having me . I look forward to getting to know you all.

Hi,

I'm doing the Flex. I really love weight watchers and am disappointed that I

ever quit. It stinks to do this all over again, but I'm so glad there is a

program out there (ww) that doesn't expect you to starve or spend a fortune to

feed your family in a healthy way. I do look forward to getting to know

everyone.

Yay!! for you Bette. Congratulations on the maintenance. You should be proud

of yourself. Have a great holiday season. .

RE: Trying again

Hi (are you or ??)

Welcome back to WW! It sounds like you have your ducks all lined up and

ready to go. Which food program will you be using? I'm on Flex and loving

it. As of this morning I officially went onto Maintenance.
