Thanks, Charity and Trenton (8-24-00) Hello everyone, I have received several emails with all kinds of questions, so I am going to try to address them all in on email. First of all everyone is welcomed to participate those treated by Dr. Ponseti, those not, those of you in the US, those if you outside of the US, etc.. What I need from those of you who want to participate in the footprint quilt 1. Your child's footprints (both feet) You can use any type of paint, preferably in one of the following colors: green, blue, red, orange, or bright pink You can use any type of paper, but make sure it is white! 2. Put the following information on a separate sheet of paper (no your handwriting will not be used for the quilt, so don't worry about your writing) Name (first and last), birth date, Bilateral or R/L Unilateral, Treated By (i.e. Dr. Ignacio Ponseti, Mosca, Herzenberg, etc..) 3. Please enclose a check/or money order for $6.00 (I haven't received any feedback from the quilting square company : ( and we are running out of time!) Make checks payable to : Charity Balliger for $6.00 which will cover the cost of your individual square and printing your childs footprint on that square. 4. Mail your footprints to: (you can also mail your donation in the same package, just make sure your donation checks are made payable to University Of IOWA Foundation: Charity Balliger 18151 Romelle Ave Santa Ana, CA 92705 or Precious Little Feet PO Box 10224 Santa Ana, CA 92705 5. Finally send an email to charity@... once you have mailed your footprints, so I can make sure I get them!! The deadline to mail your footprints is going to be June 5th (as long as you have it postmarked by then and send me an email, your little ones footprints will be included in the quilt!!!
