Guest guest
That eagle email was suppoxed to go to my cousin, Carol, who alphabetically is right before CEDA in the address book. Which is how I accidentally sent it. There are a lot of bald eagles in my part of Nova Scotia now as there are a number of poultry farms who put out poultry waste for them over the winter. Last weekend I saw 113 eagles. If you are lucky to show up when the poultry has been put out, I have seen as many as 150 on the ground and nearby trees along with seagulls and crows. It is a real sight! Last year a huge bald eagle flew over my car (people stand right under them in the trees - they don't care - they know we don't want their food..ick...). Anyway, it had the lower half of the chicken, feet and all (ick) and dropped it from about 25 feet in the air onto the hood of my car. It made the most sickening thud and I almost couldn't look at the car, thinking something dropped from that height would have demolished the hood. Only a few scratches, no dent. Can't imagine an eagle letting go of something! Sorry for the misdirected email! Now you all know for sure - I definitely don't have an exciting life...
