Guest guest Posted December 4, 2004 Report Share Posted December 4, 2004 Reminds me of the Kaiser nurse who sneared that the reason I had oozing sores and a fever wasn't because the dr was prescribing the wrong antibiotics 3 visits in a row (Kaiser's protocol) it was because I was wearing a coat in the summer time...the ambulance was called by another nurse and the ER doc ordered me hooked up to IV Augmentin...now I have a heart murmur...Thanks, Kaiser. ....c Re: Doctors!! I just about fell over today. The Endo called me to set up a sleep test at the Hospital! I don't have insurance, nor do I need this test. Then my Dr's nurse called me to just be nasty to me because I refused to go. I couldn't believe my ears!! She told me that Dr. Heavener is NOT going to give me any T3, period. She then made a remark to me that we would all like to pop some speed to get our housework done! SPEED??? I just want to be normal! I guess I will be looking for a new Dr., and probably self medicating myself. I got so upset with the nurse on the phone that I told her that I am not paying Thousands of dollars for a sleep test that I don't need, so I will just have to take things into my own hands. She told me that I might end up in cardiac arrest!! I would have went to my Dr. everyday if he wanted me to, to monitor me. But, NO, they think they are so right and we are so wrong!
