Guest guest Posted December 1, 2004 Report Share Posted December 1, 2004 Hi, I am new here! I am Debbie from Vermont. At almost 50 yrs old I am starting WW tonight for the first time. I am confused about the various WW programs, flex, core, etc. I know they will be explained in detail, but to be honest I am so nervous I don't know how much I will absorb from my first meeting. Could someone please give me a tiny synopsis of what these programs are and the advantages to them?
