Kidneys and urine test

Hi, everyone

It has been a while since I posted anything. I've just been trying

to do the best I can, like everyone else. Well I have a new one for

me. I have been having some symptons of trouble with the kidneys

for a month or so. I thought it was a bladder infection. I tried

to figure it out on my own. It didn't happen. I was sick over the

weekend so yesterday I went to my doctor. They did a simple urine

test in the office and there was no infection. They said I was

dropping white blood cells and that I have protein in my urine.

They didn't give me any numbers on either of them. I have to do the

24 hour urine test, blood work, and CT of kidneys. I ask them to

wait for two weeks cause my daughter is getting married in one

week. I have a thousand loose ends to tie up. The doc said he

would prefer to have it done now. So, my question is, what am I to

expect. The tests don't bother me. IF, I do have Lupus in the

kidneys now, what comes next? I more afraid of the unknown. I

handle things better if I know what to expect. Any information you

guys could give me would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!
