I was kind of afraid to because my biggest problem with eating was " portion control " . I didn't think I would " trust " myself to stop when satisfied because I might not know what satisfied is. I also thought it would be hard eating out on the Core program, or that the foods would get boring with not as much variety. I had done well with winning points and flex, so don't fix what ain't broke ? But I was actually thinking after the holidays were over, I might try it for a couple of weeks. While I am still within my weight range for being at lifetime, I would really like to be down about 5 or 6 pounds, and maybe that would give me an incentive to try harder. I know some of you have tried it and really like it. I really don't think I could do it for any length of time, but maybe try it for 2 weeks in January. My problem is that because I wasn't interested in it until now, I really don't have all the information. Where can I go for the quickest, easiest information to learn more about it?
