Hi April,

I have done both plans, and if you are hungry counting points, then

you might love CORE! You should never be hungry on CORE. It is easy

to learn the program if you ask me. I have lost 14 pounds in 5

weeks, and I am thrilled. I am on Prednisone every day for R.A. and

it is hard to lose weight on that, but this CORE thing is just what I

needed. I say give it a try! Best of luck to you.
