i woke up this morning and turned on the tv...guess what...we have a

tropical system heading straight over here...it will probably be a

tropical storm when they update it tonite...so we will be in hurricane

mode down here....sandbagging, fighting the people in the grocery store

for candles, batteries, bread, milk, water...sandbagging...bringing

stuff inside that means my hundreds of plants with lizards all in

them...my weenie dog rudy is gonna have a blast chasing them...did i

mention sandbagging...putting up storm shutters...oh and remember

sandbagging...lol...

I am very used to these storms...We just stay home and ride it out. it

can flood 12 feet before I am forced to go upstairs...nothing like

waking up in the middle of the night with a tree crashing thru your den

roof...or the sound of glass breaking and water rushing down you

staircase...fun fun...ain't South Louisiana grand...hehe...chippy
