Guest guest Posted September 27, 2004 Report Share Posted September 27, 2004 Hello everyone: I have completed one week of the WW Flex program and have lost so far 5.6lbs. I originally started at 227lbs. and currently at 221.4. There are people that have noticed a difference in me, and I honestly feel a little bit lighter (for some strange reason). I do have a dumb question though about the WW programs. As the weeks pass, do the points targets pass as well? I mean at 227lbs. last week, my points target was 28pts.; now that Im 221.4lbs., do I still use the 28pts. or 26pts.
