Guest guest
Hi Mike! Yowser, I had no idea that you guys were going to be gone THAT long! What fun though! And you'll get to meet so many people! :-) I would like you to stop, Mike, but I want you to know that if there are others that need you, that I can see you at the conference, and they may not, so if that's the case, please go to them. I can wait until July. If however, you ARE coming through NE and close to Omaha, I will certainly make time to see you and buy that gas I promised! :-) Time to get serious about putting some trip plans together for the next six months. We will be taking three different, long RV trips of about 25, 80 and 50 days. Plans are to cover the entire continental United States and probably parts of Canada during those three trips. As I have said before, my plans also include stopping to see anybody on the list who wants me to, and when and where possible. Specifically, I would like your name, CEDA list nickname, home address (street/city/state), home phone number, cell phone if you have one, off-list email address, the type of EDS you have. Lana Christensen, 2342 North 143 St, Omaha, NE 68164. Our house is about 1 mile N of Boys Town. Home phone: Cell phone: Work: Work email: christensenl@... Hypermobile EDS. I would also like to know if there are others in your household with EDS, and if so, who and what types of EDS. I know my sister did. She passed 4 years ago from brain cancer and also had Rheumatoid Arthritis. She was never diagnosed with EDS, nor have my parents or anyone else. My daughter got a diagnosis, and my son has not, but I'm sure he has it as well. Shanna's knee caps would slide when she ran track, and she's had shoulder problems as well as GERD. Cort has a toe that dislocates when he is walking in a swimming pool, or if anyone plays with his toes. He won't let anyone touch his toes! My parents don't seem hypermobile, but if I had to guess, I would think my Dad has more of a chance of having EDS. He has very thin skin, and bowel problems, as well as GERD. He is 90, though, so the thin skin may be due to just his age. Beyond that, what is it that you are interested in? You know the various modalities I practice - are you interested in trying any particular one(s) of them? Do you have a specific problem, like a bum shoulder or knee, that you would like me to try to treat? Do you want some demonstrations and/or instructions in doing some of the techniques like Polarity? Whatever. And finally, any particular time constraints like you know you will not be available certain times or would be available. Mike, I really want to know if I'm doing the X technique right, and if there's a way to use it with my neck where it hurts. It hurts where that bump is at the top of the spine. It hurts all the time. I also would like to learn some Polarity techniques. I probably won't be able to leave work, as I've scheduled all remaining vacation time for the conference. That leaves evenings and the weekends. Sorry! But as I stated before, I can surely wait if there are others that won't be making it to the conference. It's really up to you!
