Outstanding post!

Thanks very much for taking the time to share that with us.

I definitely learned a thing or two myself from it. One is that it

looks like I might have a touch of Restless Leg as well because I

definitely get that voluntary movement, particularly when lieing in

bed. Drives my wife nuts.

I was also pleased to learn that our naming the other part " the

twitchies " actually has a scientific basis because of the

definition. I do have to admit, however, that there have been times

during our 35 year marriage that she swore that my knee jerks were

deliberate and not involuntary.

And, I got a well earned chuckle from seeing your disclaimer at the

bottom. Its a shame that we should even need to think that way, but

as was pointed out with the back-and-forth posts on the subject the

last 24 hours, we do still live in the real world.
