Your trip sounds heavenly! I know so many young people who have had the

opportunity to go while they are in college to study and their parents sit at

home

paying all the bills!! Pretty ironic but glad that they have these

opportunities.

It is interesting how different countries treat different groups so

differently. Just look at the difference in how the elderly are treated here vs

other

countries where they are looked upon with reverence .

As far as the fire goes, no, it was a good ways away from where Anji is. Are

you coming down to see her this summer? I would love to seeyou again.
