Sharon > Hi Aase. My son Dylan was getting those day and night. They got worse all the time. For him it was a medication side affect. Once he stopped taking Methadone, the jerking and twitching stopped. I get it only when about to fall asleep. It always wakes me up. I don't take any meds.
