Guest guest
Yea, your right about being overly sensitive. But, I just want people to beleive that I hurt. And when they see other people doing it for entertainment, well, it makes them wonder, I think./ But, all in all, it's no big deal. It's good to laugh at things. Guest guest
I hear you, and yet... People have such " black or white " brains. I swear, to 90% of the population, if something is an " advantage " it can't possibly be a disadvantage, in any way at all. The idea of an illness that would confer any advantage is something utterly beyond their understanding, until it happens to them. One of my uncles (highly educated) pretty much turned against me because he thought that my claim to have arthritis couldn't fit with my moving gracefully - being flexible. So I must be a liar trying to manipulate him. My relationship with him was never the same, and we're not in contact now. I don't have a solution, I just see more of a problem, maybe. Personally I don't think so. >
