Two things I know about rolfing: 1) they take a photo of you NAKED for

comparison " before " & " after " the 10 treatments.

2) it is VERY, VERY painful.

For these 2 reasons, I have stuck to traditional massage.

What is Rolfing? The sound of having naked pictures isn't too appealing :)

I considered it, before my EDS diagnosis, and I'm particularly glad I

followed my instinct on Rolfing...it scared me, and not in a good way at all...

I did Rolfing. I will NEVER do that again. I would NEVER recommend anyone

doing it either.

It was extremely painful, and it didn't do a bit of good for me.

I suppose it does help some people - from what I understand - with poor posture.

But, it's not gonna do anything to tighten up your joints.

It hurt me so bad, to the point that I was gonna get sick. I couldn't finish my

sessions. Suppose to do 10 and I only did 9. Each session was more painful

than the last. Looking back, I don't see how I got through 9 sessions.

It was like a form of torture, if you ask me.
