Need help for my lupus friends in Poland

Ok guys. I need your help. I have been helping a lupus support group in Poland. It is the only one they have and since lupus is still a big question, the same is in Poland. The bigger cities have more specialists and they are doing the best, in the meantime the small cities lack the knowledge and are still in the dark when it comes to Lupus. The foundation asked me a few questions and I'm hoping with your help I can gather some good information to send them. I know I can look most of this information up in Deanna's useful information, but if you have a minute and can give me input on the following questions I would great appreciate it. I need live feedback mostly, articles are a rule, but aren't always the actual deal.

Here are the questions:

1. How where you tested for lupus and how long between your first symptoms to diagnosis

2. What medication are you taking strictly for lupus. I know most of these are not actually "for" lupus, but I need the names of the ones that are given to treat lupus, not the secondary illnesses associated with lupus. Also, please mention what symptoms this medication is for and whether it is helping you or not.

3. Skin lupus: please give me your input on medication used.

4. What alternative medicine are you using, for how long and with what result.
