Guest guest
Well, it's that time of the year and the swim team practice for my boys have already started. In the afternoon so far, as some of the schools are still open. Next week the practice start at 8:30am for 45 min, 4 days a week. Then the dive team at 10am for 1 hour. That means I'll be staying at the pool until the afternoon. It is my kids summer time and the pool is their time with friends and generally enjoying themselves. Both wanted to try out the dive team, and love it so far. Also, the coach says she might have a pre-team for 4 year olds on Wednesdays. That's the only day there is no practice for the older two. Arek won't be 4 until August, but she said as long as he can keep up on a swim board, she has no problem. What does that mean? I won't be on with you guys much. I love the summer, but it is always a crazier time for me and I do tend to turn into a nervous wreck. After the pool I get home and I try to do all the things I always do: clean, cook, etc, and there's still karate practice in the evenings, as well as the few students I have coming for English lessons. So, although I relax at the pool, then I go into an overdrive in the afternoon and that leaves me wiped out. I promised myself I won't do it to myself this year. Already told hubby, he has to help me keep the house clean when we go to sleep so that I don't have to clean it the next morning. Also, there will be more fast food and sandwiches for meals this summer, I can't cook a decent meal every day if I'm not here. I'm really looking toward a nice summer instead of a crazy one and I'll need all the help I can get. So wish me good luck and excuse my absences. I'll try to keep up with the board, I will check all messages I just might not participate so much. If you have any direct questions please make sure you put my name in the subject line and I'll pay extra attention to these. The swim team finishes first week of August and Sebastian is going to Poland end of July. It'll be a much quieter and slower August, and then September all three are in school full time now. I'll have plenty of time to make up. Mojo
