Guest guest Posted October 18, 2004 Report Share Posted October 18, 2004 Okeydokey. I'm OP every day, eating my AP's sometimes, flex points sometimes. I exercise every other day (walked five miles in the pouring rain and wind at Cannon Beach on Saturday!! Hooah!!). I've lost exactly 20 pounds now since about June. The poundage is just not coming off as fast as I would like (only doing about an average of four pounds a month!), but in the last month alone, I've lost a grand total of 13.5 inches. That's more than a foot of flab. My question is, does the weight eventually start catching up? I mean, I LOVE that my clothes are hanging on me and I love working out and I feel great. But I would like to see the pounds coming off as well. I've been working out steadily since about mid-summer.
