Start by using no lotion, releasing fascia, and using acupressure points...Hopefully this can keep things under control till you see Mike. ------------ Given your dance background plus the cramps going up into your legs as well, if fascia is involved it could easily extend clear up into your low back. When I see you on the 23rd, we can plan on doing a fascial assessment to verify and follow it up with a full Jin Shin Do release plus specific work as needed if that turns out to be the case.
