Guest guest
Have you ever picked up a copy of Gach? My own personal " treatment " (what I use on myself) for head colds is a series of acupressure points. Depending on how bad it is, I run a combination of between two and three dozen points in sequence (face, chest, arms, hands, feet etc). Can't " prove " that they work. The only thing I can tell you is that the classic statement you hear from anybody is that a cold is simply just going to run its course, no matter what you do, even if it is nothing at all. And that course usually runs about two weeks total time. Since I learned how to do this " wierd stuff " two years ago, I have been bitten three times by the cold bug. And I have gone symptom free in three days or less every time just using acupressure. I asked about Gach because it is easier to walk somebody through this stuff if they have a copy to look at. Either way, if you want to try it or suggest to your mom to try it, let me know and I can work up a basic cold treatment routine and post it for you. You sound skeptical about her doctor's ability to properly diagnose something. I suppose it's too much to ask if he did any kind of testing to confirm his claim that it might be asthma? Incidently, if there is a possibility that asthma is actually involved, there are also some good points for it as well. And just remember something else. " Venting " with the rest of at least won't cost you the price of a bail bond for felonious (but justified) assault.
