We always fry our

turkeys....I never baked them anymore...........what a sacralidge! And

we have dirty rice too!

This is what the thing looks like that you cook the turkey

in. You connect it to a propane tank like you hook up to the grill.

It's got oil inside of it. At least the turkeys I've had at my

brothers have all come out really juicy and tender and sooo very good!
