In my defense...

I have been sort of preoccupied for the last couple of days.

The *RSD* Reflex sympathetic dystrophy (Complex regional pain syndrome)

in my left hand/thumb/wrist/elbow has yet again raised it's ugly head.

My computer fell off a TV tray about 5 days ago and I stupidly tried to stop

it from falling. I dislocated my shoulder and tore a bunch of stuff ... that

was not really a big deal (hurt but was not a big deal) but it was so severe I

guess that it reactivated the RSDS.

Yet another Stellate Ganglion Block scheduled for Friday in the hope we can

stop it from crawling up my arm to my shoulder. Well, at least I broke my 18

month between surgeries record by 6 months!

So ... sorry again for the date confusion..
