Guest guest
Thank you. I will have Mike take another look when he gets home from work. He has tried what it would be if we filed separately or if we filed together. Neither looked good. I won't be going with him to mail them because I can't miss the final episode of the APRENTICE!! I can't wait! It's not that complicated, and it shows I'm far from the maximum (granted, I'm hardly pulling in huge amounts from SS -- or much else, either). If you're single, you're allowed up to $25,000 (combined SS and total income), or for married jointly $32,000 (combined -- don't take my word for it, look up the publication, please....) I haven't reported for a couple years (I hadn't made enough to report for longer than that), and I still panicked when I read 's post...
