Wonder if his many years battling this disease has affected his mind? Sometimes a dr is the only person a man will take suggestions from, especially a stubborn one who never wants to listen to his family. Does his dr know about this? I'm sure you've tried everything but I know you don't want him to get in serious trouble because of some half baked idea that will leave him totally baked if he stays out in the sun too long.
