Guest guest Posted May 7, 2004 Report Share Posted May 7, 2004 Finally got eyes again hopefully for good now went to retinalligist a while back he said surgery within 24 hours or lose sight in right eye. i said go right ahead doc this approx 1 month or less from my hysto haha what luck well my retina came unattached. I have stopped losing sight so I guess Im gstill good for driving but that periferal vision sure has slipped. I hate to admit that i test it constantly. I know it comes back gradually but Im just so i guess worried that ill lose more sight and not know it because I didnt even know that the retina was unattached.Well folks life begins again at 50 I have decided at my new 1/2 century mark life will be different lasat Sunday I became 50 yep me and opra same year together my party was a little less fancy we went to joes crab shack I wore a plasti crown and held a plastic septor and received wonderful presents like a over the hill stash box with an aged hippie on the cover, a huge green pill box says over the hill pill, cards uh-oh 5-0, over the hill crotch washer (a sponge attached to a handle) for those hard to reach places. Joes had me use an imaginery hula hoop let me tell you that restaurant was laughing seeing an orange haired ( I just dyed my hair it looked like it glowed fromonly God knew what)old OVERWEIGHT gal get up and swing those hips baby it was like nothing you ever seen in your life.
