Guest guest
I know that quite of few of you practice various forms of meditation. I am putting a couple of links at the bottom of this post that that I have shared off-list the last couple of days with three or four people. They are from the BioEnergy Fields Foundation established by Dr. Hunt. She is a major pioneer in energetic research. I am familiar with her work and have a couple of her books in my reference library. There are references on her site to something called a Teslar watch. I have personally been wearing one for over a year now. This is just my way of saying that I personally respect the work she is doing. The first link is to her home page. The second link is to an article on the site that describes a breathing meditation. I am intrigued enough with it that I just started doing it myself a couple of days ago. Does it work? It's too early to tell from personal experience yet. I do know that I have a tooth that has been bothering me pretty good for the last couple of months. Earlier in the week, it went to a major flare-up for about three straight days. It was bad enough that I couldn't knock the pain using acupressure, and I usually can. I tried the meditation the first time after I went to bed Tuesday night. The tooth hasn't bothered me sense. Coincidence? Possible - the jury is still out. At any rate, there is no way that it can cause harm. And it just might be able to do some good. So here they are for any of you who want to try it. http://www.bioenergyfields.org/ http://www.bioenergyfields.org/index.asp?SecId=4 & SubSecid=
