Guest guest
I assume that you are taking such a large amount of lasix due to swelling. That can be a sign of lots of protein in your urine. I was on 240 mg lasix daily + zaroxolyn to induce the lasix for while. Otherwise my regular dose was 120 daily. My protein was over 11 gr per 24hrs. Now it is down to about 3-4 gr and I'm on 20 - 40 mg lasix. What a difference. Have you been spilling protein for a long time? Do you know what it was over the years? Mojo i went to the dr's today hi everyone i went to the dr's today. He isn't to worry about any blockage right now his worried about me spilling to much fuid right now i have to do a 24 hour urine catch (BOY WHAT FUN). He has order that and lots of blood work to be done and plus i have to go and see my kidney dr too. I see him on friday so sometime this week i will get everything done that he wants done. I was on 160 mg of laxis a day but he cut me back to 80 mg right now. I been on 160 mg of laxis since 16 yrs now. He don't want me to dehydrant at all so i have to drink lots of fluids which i do anyways lol. i have to see him next month. So once i know more i will let everyone know what is going on with this body of mine. I did ask him with this going on in with me does this mean that the lupus is active again he said maybe he isn't sure yet until i get everything done one thing i don't want to do is go back on that nasty predisone at all. so please keep me in your prayers that my lupus isn't active again i really do appreciate it so much. everyone is in my prayers and thoughts.
