I am feeling fairly decent at the moment. My hubby got home from a fishing trip so I took some pain meds.

I won;t take them when it is just me and youngest daughter, 11 year old, at home.

One benefit of rattling on and on wtih e-mail is no one can interrupt you and say they have to go or try and tell you somethiong they did first.

Have a great evening. While I am feeling good I am gonna try and get some stuff done on puter with my cookbook. I have two in progress. They are my babies, besides the kids, the hamster, the rabbit, and the cats.

Hi Ruth,

I am so interested in your cookbook! You wouldn't happen to have any good chicken or turkey recipes, would you? I can't eat beef or pork and I am getting sick of the same old chick or turkey. Are these your recipes you have made yourself? I wish I could do something like that. I have no imagination when it comes to cooking. I have dabbled with my own recipes and my family will look at the food and say, Uh Oh.......we're having "Mom's Stuff" for dinner! Believe me when I say that was not a compliment. lol

Moderators let me know. I don;t want to step on toes.

They are my own recipes that I make for my family. I do a lot of freezer cooking. It makes it easier for me when I am not feeling so well. It can go from the freezer to oven or microwave and supper is ready.
