I bought new shoes the other day (a different style than my norm, although the same brand) and during my 5 miles this morning, they rubbed a nasty blister on my right heel. In addition, it was very humid this morning and in my early morning haze I forgot to put on chaff protection, so I had some nasty rub burns. So, as I was in the shower having my pity party for one, I figured I would try to focus on the positives, so I came up with my list of the benefits of losing weight. I'd love to see yours! **No more high blood pressure** **Although I suffer from chronic hives, when I'm a healthy weight, my outbreaks are fewer and far between** **I can sit all twisty on my bed and reach to give myself a pedicure** **I enjoy going to parties or events where you have to dress up, where before I always hated them because I felt to fat to wear the clothes** **I can run 10 miles (this past Sunday) after having an off week where I couldn't do much and it FELT GOOD!** **I am more confident, not just in the way I look, but in everything** April Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
